Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Timemoz account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind any organization you sign up on behalf of.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Timemoz provides a suite of tools for time tracking, activity monitoring, screenshot capture, productivity reporting, online timesheets, invoicing, and related integrations with third-party applications such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, GitHub, and others.

We continually improve the Service and may add, remove, or modify features at our discretion. Material changes that reduce core functionality will be communicated to account administrators in advance where reasonably practicable.

Timemoz is offered on a free tier and on paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually — based on the plan tier and the number of seats you select. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; existing subscriptions will continue at the rate in effect at the start of the current billing cycle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. The Service will remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or where we explicitly agree in writing.
• Taxes (including VAT and PPN where applicable) may be added to invoices based on your billing location.

You agree not to use Timemoz to:

• Monitor any individual without their informed knowledge, where such knowledge is required by applicable law.
• Violate any applicable labor, privacy, or data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate the Service as a service bureau for third parties without our written consent.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the Service, or interfere with another customer's use of Timemoz.
• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent activity using the Service.

As an account administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that team members on your account are informed that activity tracking, screenshots, and productivity monitoring may be enabled.

You retain ownership of the time entries, projects, tasks, screenshots, notes, and productivity data created through your use of the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Timemoz a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Our handling of personal data, third-party integrations, and the data we do (and do not) store is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may export your Customer Data, or request its deletion, at any time by writing to [email protected].

The Service can connect with third-party applications (for example, Jira, Trello, Asana, GitHub, Slack, Google Workspace). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Timemoz is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

You can revoke an integration at any time from your account settings. Doing so will immediately invalidate the access tokens we hold for that service.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including software, designs, trademarks, logos, and the "Timemoz" name — remain the property of PT Lightmedia Inovasi Teknologi and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes during the term of your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to Timemoz, other customers, or third parties. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before suspension.

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you wish, deleting your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and your Customer Data may be deleted in accordance with our retention practices.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timemoz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timemoz and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Timemoz for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, in our business, or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the latest revision took effect.

For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email to account administrators or via an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.
