Switch if your team resents being watched
Hubstaff keeps blur at the organisation level, and its documentation is explicit about who may delete a capture: owners and managers can remove a screenshot and keep the time, while a team member who removes one gives up the whole 10-minute block of tracked pay. Hubstaff lets you export timesheets, activity, and screenshot metadata as CSV. Export before you cancel — access ends with the subscription, and on the free plan screenshots are only held for two weeks anyway. You pay for people who never track
Hubstaff bills per seat, and their pricing FAQ is direct about it: if two of your three team members use the tracker, you still pay for three. There is a free Project Viewer role for people who only read reports, but anyone who might track time occupies a paid seat. In Timemoz, an unlimited free team means the question never comes up.
No prorated refund when someone leaves
Add a seat mid-term and Hubstaff prorates the charge. Remove one and there is no prorated refund or credit — the seat simply stays open for a replacement. For an agency whose headcount moves with client load, that is money paid for capacity you are not using. Timemoz refunds pro-rata when your team shrinks.
Add-ons stack on the cheaper plans
